I. PRINCIPLES
1. Operating on voluntary basis, with enthusiasm, attention, dynamism and sense of responsibility at work. Working together with solidarity and respect towards each other with the goals of the Association as first priority in mind.
2. Operating on non-profit principle and absolutely without any administrative costs. Volunteers will take care of their own operational expenses when participating in the Association’s programs. Donations in kind and in cash are all aimed at helping the project's subjects.
3. All charity programs are informed to members before being conducted.
II. DUTY
1. Providing efforts and talents to help the Association complete the Programs and projects for the community.
2. Organizing the activities such as visiting, giving out gifts and helping disabled, orphaned and wandering children with disadvantaged living conditions and being fostered in Centers of Social Support, orphanages, Buddhist temples, etc… or children under medical treatment in hospitals.
3. Visiting, giving out gifts, and encouraging lonely old people, families with difficult circumstances in the community… especially in the occasions of holidays and New Year.
