NEED HELP VND 250 MILLION = USD 10,775.00 TO BUILD TEACHER’S HOUSING
I. CURRENT STATUS
1. There are 05 teachers who are teaching about 70 elementary pupils of Thai Trang ethnic group. They have no place to live, must live in temporary cottages like clip.
2. The government, pagodas, schools and people need Yen Thai pagoda, Hoa Duc Foundation as well as Sponsors everywhere, helping to build Teacher's Housing with 03 rooms, 02 toilets, one bathroom & kitchen according to specifications as follows:

II. SPECIFICATION & PRICE
1. 03 rooms with value of VND 500 million = USD 21,550.00. Total length 9m - width 7m, with 02 Toilets, one Bathroom and Kitchen.
- Hoi Long Pagoda and Pagodas in Thanh Hoa are the contractors of this project and will raise VND 250 million = USD 10,775.00
- Need Yen Thai Pagoda, Hoa Duc Foundation and Sponsors donate an additional VND 250 million = USD 10,775.00
2. Roofing of corrugated tole, plafond, surrounding walls, painting and brick floor.
3. Time to complete: 3.5 months from the date of commencement or earlier.
4. Contractors: Hoi Long Pagoda and Pagodas in Thanh Hoa.
5. Construction progress: Hoi Long Pagoda & Hoa Duc Association will update continuously.

III. RESPONSIBILITIES OF GOVERNMENT, PAGODA, SCHOOL & PEOPLE
1. Hoi Long Pagoda and the Pagodas in Thanh Hoa are the contractors of this project and will raise VND 250 million. Need Yen Thai Pagoda, Hoa Duc Foundation and Sponsors donate an additional 250 million = USD 10,775.00.
2. Local, School and People: Responsible for the relevant procedures and construction supervision.

IV. ADDRESS OF TEACHER’S HOUSING
- The Yen Primary school, Muong Min Commune, Quan Son District, Thanh Hoa Province, Viet Nam.
- From Hoi Long Pagoda over 200km to the West. 03km from Vietnam - Laos border.
- From the main school to here about 10km. Good weather will take 01 hour by motorbike. Bad weather will not move. The road is rugged. one side is a cliff and one side is a deep pool.
- If necessary, Hoa Duc Foundation will ask Hoi Long Temple to take place.
We hope that Yen Thai Pagoda and Sponosrs will help these teachers and the next generations of teachers have a stable place to teach 70 elementary pupils of Thai Trang ethnic group.
