On September 6th 2020, Hoa Duc Foundation handed over Water Well #15 to two poor households, Mr. Nguyen Van Trong and Mrs. Duong Thi Toi Family. They live in Tan Hung hamlet, Ngoc Chanh commune, Dam Doi district, Ca Mau province. Water well 15 is sponsored by Ms. Cuc. Total value 10 million.
