Saturday morning, March 16th 2019, Hoa Đức Foundation and Fortitude Educational Foundation have inaugurated and handed over The Hoa Duyên #13 Bridge with 42m length and 2m width for people at Kenh Ranh Canal, Kenh Ranh Village, Vien An Dong Commune, Ngoc Hien District, Ca Mau Province, Viet Nam. Sponsored by: Fortitude Educational Foundation, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hau, People’s Committee of Vien An Dong Commune and Kenh Ranh village people. The total value: VND 260 million.
