On September 20th 2020, Hoa Duc Foundation handed over Water Well #16 & #17 to two poor households, Mr. Cu Van Hai and Mr. Pham Van Dung Family. They live in Tan Hung & Nam Chanh hamlet, Ngoc Chanh commune, Dam Doi district, Ca Mau province. Two Water Wells is sponsored by FEF. Total value VND 20 million.
