On September 16th 2023, Hoa Duc Foundation completed the program of donating three electric light bulbs + electric wires to Hoa Ngoc Phuc Vegetarian Kitchen in Ca Mau. The program is sponsored by Mr. Lam Khai Sanh and Mrs. Sy Nhip Cu. Total value 500,000 VND.
