1. Money delivery time: January 22nd 2020.
2. Cases: 02/04 elderly people. The other two people have died. All are poor and have many diseases. Local authorities do not fully support due to budget not available.
3. These cases address: Ea-Ba and Duc Binh Tay commune, Song Hinh district, Phu Yen province, Viet Nam.

5. The money delivery and receipt palace:
- Step 01: Mr. Tran Huu Hoa will go to Dong Phu pagoda to receive money.
- Step 02: Mr.Tran Huu Hoa will hand over the money directly to these cases.
