- Mrs. Nguyen Bich Kiep: 50 years old, poor household, breast cancer more than 05 years. Having both breasts removed, her hair was completely shedding before and now regrow. Her daughter-in-law left when the family fell into poverty, leaving her two grandsons to her. Her son is working as a hired laborer to take care of the Family with the four members. Currently, she has to go to Saigon for medical treatment every month and needs to help VND 1 million monthly to pay for medical treatment.
