February 10th 2021. Hoa Duc Association has organized 165 gift lucky for 165 children in Ca Mau on the occasion of the lunar new year 2021. Each lucky pack is worth VND 40,000. The total value is 165 lucky money envelopes and 10 gifts worth VND 10 million sponsored by Anonymous in District 1 Saigon and Ms. Dieu Hanh.
