July 17th 2021 Hoa Đức Foundation and Youth Union of Tam Giang Dong Commune, Nam Can District, Ca Mau Province completed the visit and donated 100 life jackets and 10 bicycles to 110 students in the Tam Giang Dong commune, Nam Can District, Ca Mau Province, Vietnam. The program is sponsored by the FEF. Total value is VND 21 million.
